Tukwila City Council to begin budget workshops

The Tukwila City Council will begin a series of workshops Wednesday on the  city budget.

The public workshops are for the 2013-14, include the 2012 year in revenue, revenues and expenditures for all funds and departments, the Capital Improvement Program and the six-year financial planning model.

Here is the schedule for the workshops:

• 6 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 19.

• 6 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 9

• 6 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 10

• 6 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 11

All budget work sessions are in the Tukwila City Hall Council Chambers, 6200 Southcenter Blvd.
