Tukwila Police officers searched a portion of the Interurban Trail just north of South 180th Street and nearby areas Thursday afternoon after a man wanted on a state Department of Corrections felony warrant fled from a nearby business.

The search started just after 3:30 p.m. Renton Police officers assisted with traffic control; the search was centered west of Oakesdale Avenue at the railroad tracks, causing some traffic backups.

The man's car remained parked at the business. A Tukwila officer on the scene said they would catch him another day.
