The personal stories of Foster High School’s immigrant students are being told through the Stories of Arrival program.
The public can experience their stories in an exhibit at Inspirus Credit Union in Tukwila, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The students tell their stories through poetry, which will air during National Poetry Month in April on public radio 91.3 KBCS FM.
The project was crowdfunded through Indiegogo with additional support from community partners, including the Jack Straw Cultural Center and Inspirus Credit Union. Inspirus Credit Union is a 5200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila.
