SSYP seeks to promote the region through social networking events held in the Southwest King County area and support local non-profits. There is no fee to join SSYP; however, members of the Southwest King County Chamber of Commerce have discounted admission rates to SSYP events. The mission of the South Side Young Professionals is to connect and build relationships with other young professionals in an unstructured, festive atmosphere, while creating a positive influence in Southwest King County.
